For obtaining Hard copy format, send a copy of original skill certificate with a request along with a DD of Rs. 200 (except embassy and govt. departments) in favour of STED COUNCIL, Thiruvananthapuram and send to STED COUNCIL, SB Tower, Sreemoolam Road, Mele Thampanoor, Thiruvnanthapuram, Kerala 695001 via courier/post.
